The Yemeni Students Union in Turkey - Elazığ Branch, has released its periodic report for the second quarter (Q2), showcasing a rich harvest of activities and programs covering academic, spiritual, and technical aspects under the theme: "Continuing to Serve Students and Build Impact."
Outstanding Financial and Media Performance The report revealed effective financial management, with total expenditures and support reaching 52,863 TL. This was accompanied by intensive media activity, producing over 100 media materials and designs, in addition to executing more than 20 field activities that directly benefited over 100 students.
Academic and Cultural Programs This quarter witnessed the launch of qualitative programs aimed at strengthening identity and cultural exchange, including:
"Jalasat" Program: Which kicked off with a lecture on "Dialogue" to break cultural barriers and promote the Arabic language.
"In the Realm of the Spirit" Program: A joint Ramadan activity that provided awareness lectures and visual content with active student participation.
Ramadan Impact System The holy month of Ramadan was marked by extensive social solidarity, including holding Taraweeh prayers with the participation of 13 Quran memorizers, and organizing 11 communal Iftars in cooperation with partners such as (ELAZIG SEYYAH). Additionally, food and in-kind aid (shoes, clothes, shopping cards, and dates) were distributed to students.
Digital Transformation: Website Launch In a strategic step to enhance communication, the Union announced the launch of its official website (www.yodelazig.org), which includes integrated sections such as the student archive, city and university guide, and a platform for volunteering and membership, to be the primary reference for Yemeni students in the city.
